We need a podcast model. I was thinking something a bit like this:

Introduction - some retarded music and Ziggy saying "Hi, I'm Ziggy and I'm Asian!" or something (10-20 secs)
WTF - discuss some amazingly stupid news stories (1-2 mins)
spamNation - idk? just spam the microphone? (20 secs)
Thread of the week - pick a thread that is full of win/fail and discuss (1 min)
Chris' porno of the week - Chris tells us all about his choice of the week (30-40 seconds)
Evan's Karate Newsflash - evancocks tells us all about whose ass he kicked in karate today (30 secs)
prankNation - make a prank call to someone over Skype in which all pixelCast participants... participate. (1-2 mins)
Finish - everyone say 'BAI' to the nice pedophiles (10-20 secs)

All up I reckon the podcast will run 5-10 mins a week.
Maybe once we have a couple of people joining in each week we can start scripting it so it doesn't just sound like a bunch of /b/tards rambling on about their stupid forum.

Also, just a suggestion, but if someone has a skype headset for their PSP, they could talk on that and record on their computer. I have a headset nao and I'm trying to figure out how to record mic in and stereo mix at the same time.
