I was wondering if theres an app that continually scans for wifi signals and lists them and there info, but it has to be able to be used on a version 3.72 psp haha

That app does exist, there is also a prx that does it. Its called War PSP(or WarPSP) That should come with the eboot and the prx.

ok, its 3:55 my time and the app is booting i will keep an eye on it and see how long it lasts.

Ok when the battery hit 2% at 7:25 the psp quit to the xmb. so to the answer to the question it took 3 and a half hours which isn't bad for the screen being on full brightness and scan wifi non stop.
