Personally I'm currently in possession of GH, GH2, GH3 and RB, but I am planning to buy RB2 whilst overseas, and I am receiving GHWT as a gift. Lucky me

I have only ever played the first GH and it wasn't that great. so i just can't justify spending $300+ on the new one or RB

You do know that is just a copy of what i see as the best game on the ds call EBA(Elite Beat Agents)
and yes when it comes to games based around music this is number one, audio surf is number two in my books.

osu! isn't a copy of EBA, it's a more arcade-style desktop versions with user created beatmaps. Also, it has teh 1337 gfx effecks.

BTW, if you shop around and get some dealz, you can get RB for about 220 and GHWT for maybe 280.

I had instant regret when starting to play GHWT and Rock Band is far superior. I wont be makign this mistak again with another GH game thats for sure.

Personally when it comes down to it, I'll always enjoy Guitar Hero more. I only played guitar hero up until  few months ago, and perhaps that's why, but I can't stand the gems in rock band.

DJ Hero looks pretty kewl. Currently I just have the RB 1 drumkit that I use with my computers (frets on fire with rock band mod). Probably pick up DJ Hero on boxing day.

I have never played RB on PS3, only PSP, and the drums for Guitar Hero are really shit for me. It takes almost a second for the game to receive the signal from the kit.

I guess Band Hero's gonna be added to this list as well.
