I'm pretty sure, not positive, that the internet browser only has 1.5 because it's part of the vsh so that's why they can't really give it more memory, also why devs say it should be an eboot (eboots and games/iso's aren't loaded with the vsh so they can use more memory) . And on the slim if you turn the UMD cache off some web pages load a tad faster, like 1-3 seconds(not much still though).
So if someone compiled the internet browser into an eboot then it could use more RAM. Hmmmmm... yeah probably. might take a little bit of extra work

I don't think you guys have seen this but this was pretty awesome too. Colors need some tweaking, but that's a GREAT homebrew design if you could actually implement it. |

I don't think you guys have seen this but this was pretty awesome too. That is really nice. I also believe that the 15MB file of PSPtunes is too big for most portals.
