I never like'd Zune, never will. That has Microsoft and Phail written all over it. My Sansa Fuze is coming in at about 4:30 PM PDT.

The zune isn't bad. seriously.
the touchpad is kind of cool, obviously fashioned in competition with the ipod clickwheel. The user interface isn't horrible, either.

You'd be cooler looking with a Zune than a Sansa, honestly.

The new ones look great, it's just the older models that were a tad on the fugly side. Don't be so prejudiced.. I mean just because it's from Microsoft.. what about the XBOX 360?

Anyway, funny you say that because back in the day Apple was supposed to be cool because it was 'different'.

I'd also love to try out a Zune, but it's a bit sad Microsoft doesn't market and sell it out of the US.

@pixelEnvy- You've about ruled out the two best brands, although understandably. I've got a friend who has the Fuze, and the sleek iPod-like design and UI make it a decent buy. Do you know if it has expandable memory? If so, go for it.

I ruled out... iPod... and what? Zune is less popular then the Sansa series. Oh yea, and the Fuze has microSDHC expansion up to 12GB extra memory (32GB soon, no one has released a 32GB mSD yet).

Zune is LESS poplular than Sansa!? Are you fucking insane?
