UPDATE: I looked in Apple's support section, and it says that error 13 could be associated with a bad USB port or outdated software, which isn't true. I've got iTunes 8.1, and have tried it on four different computers, two different iPod touch USB cables and an iPhone USB cable.

I still can't find anything on error 2002, except for a person who was trying to downgrade a second gen iPod touch to 1.1.1 got it during the software extraction.
Mine pops up almost immediately.

My iPod had been sitting in a cabinet for a few weeks prior to me using it again. It was fine, I just upgraded to 2.1, QuickPWN'd, and used it for about a week and a half before it did this. I didn't install anything I wasn't sure of or knew was unstable, either.

Are you restoring using factory software or pwn'd software?

z0mg, I am 100% sure you don't have the same problem, but once I left that screenshot application running while I restarted and I got the scanlinez with the fucked up boot.
SSH daemon would still run though, so I just went in and deleted the screenshot and fixed the problem.
See if you can get in through SSH, once I had the scanlines again and just connecting to SSH fixed it for some reason.

I just tried the USB port in the back with a different cable before I left for school and it actually started restoring. I'm at school now, so I don't know if it errored out, or even if it will fix the white screen. If it's still bork'd when I get home, I'll call AAPL
