Alright, update to my cheese recipe. I made some last night. Didn't put too much salt. Left it hanging in a room tempature area over night with a little cup under it to collect the drippin' This morning I unwrapped it, put a small spoonful of olive oil on it and spread it on a piece of toast. THAT. SHIT. WAS. OFF. DA. CHAIN.  My parents liked it too which is a first (everytime I cook something myself I'm usually the only one that thinks it's not shit.) So yeah try it. rly good.
